Privacy policy
Power Track is developed by DIRIGEX Sarl – Morocco.
The term Application means the application for mobile or tablet, Android and IOS called Panorama Mobile.
The term Server means the software component of the Dirigex Solutions with which the Application is communicating.
Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect from the Application and why we collect it, how we use / process this information and to whom we may disclose it.
Personal data
From our Application, we do not collect any personal data (for example, names, addresses, phone numbers, e-mail addresses or complete IP addresses).
Communication data
When you use our Application via telecommunications services to communicate with a Server, communication data (for example, the IP address) is automatically generated. The Server does not retain this data, it is used only to establish communication between the Application and a Server.

Using the SMS Sending premission
We are using the send SMS feature in order to enable our users to send SMS commands to GPS tracking devices enabling them to control their cars remotely, e.g: locking their cars.
Position
Your approximate (network) or precise (GPS and network) position is transmitted once or periodically to the Server. This position is neither retained by the Server nor transmitted to third parties
Personal data not collected automatically
We only collect information in case of a failure of your mobile when using the Application. This crash information, which is required to debug the Application, is sent to the third-party FireBase site.
The following information is collected:
- The type of device used,
- Which version of Android or IOS is used on the device,
- The mobile operator,
- Which connection was active (WiFi or mobile network),
- Crash-log describing in which section of the code the crash occurred.
We do not collect any personally identifiable information. We do not sell, trade or transfer this information to third parties.
However, DIRIGEX relies on software provided by other developers; their rules of confidentiality are also applicable.
